Continuing our relationship with Crosby Homes, Weedon Partnership llp were appointed to have a "watching brief" over the concept development of this scheme and were then novated to the contractor under a Design and Build contract to complete the project.

Immediately adjacent to the site is the recently opened world heritage site 'Back to Back' museum belonging to the National Trust.

This mixed use development comprises 461 studio, one and two bed apartments, 1860m² of A3/retail use and basement car parking. Success of the scheme has been achieved by high quality detailing to ensure a vibrant and exciting addition to the urban grain. The project was completed in spring 2006.
