Weedon Partnership llp were appointed by KingsOak to develop an approved planning scheme that adds to the continued improvement of Bath Row and creates a more pedestrian friendly route in this growth area of Birmingham.

Weedon Partnership llp were subsequently novated to the main contractor as executive Architect. The project completed in February 2008.
