This city centre residential development of 126 apartments with basement car park and landscaped courtyard advocates the use of traditional materials in conjunction with an innovative prefabricated lightweight steel structure. Developers Chase Homes appointed Weedon Partnership llp to work with them to achieve a high quality multi-million pound development which started on site in October 2005. The project was completed in 2007.
