Located on a brownfield site in the heart of Birmingham's Chinatown district, the Essex Street project sits opposite Crosby Homes' Southside development. The whole site regeneration creates a significant urban place within this area of the city.

Weedon Partnership llp were appointed by the Contractor as 'executive' architect. The development was completed in 2008.
