Weedon Partnership llp were appointed by KingsOak Homes Ltd., (South Midlands) to develop the detail for a 20 storey residential building at Arena Central in Birmingham City Centre.

The project includes 387 one, two & three bedroom luxury apartments, 12,600m² car parking and a Nite Nite Hotel with integral landscaped courtyards for residents use.

The award winning Penthouse apartments have bespoke interiors and furniture and were designed by Weedon Partnership llp to provide the ultimate in 21st Century living.

Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) techniques dispensed with the need for any scaffold, eliminated wastage and reduced the site programme.

Construction commenced January 2002 following a reserved matters planning approval. Completion was achieved in April 2004.
