Auchinleck House is a 1960's multi-storey Office and Retail Development at Five Ways , Birmingham located on one of the busiest arteries into the city. Weedon Partnership llp were appointed by Mars Pension Trust Ltd to transform this dated façade into a new vibrant sentinel on the approach to Birmingham - this included a major refurbishment and replacement of cladding, canopies and shop fronts, an extensive overhaul of the Main Office Reception including a significant glass cube extension to the street frontage, and the interior design of eight office floor plates all to achieve BREEAM "excellent" status.
